Please come prepared as follow:
* Wear proper exercise clothing/shoes and dress comfortably.
* Bring a Hand Towel
* Bring a Water Bottle
* Wear a heart monitor watch (if you have one).
* Note: FUEL UP at least one hour before arriving and Do Not arrive on an empty stomach.
** Recovery drinks are served immediately following workout!
